Contributing to a deforestation-free public management with low GHG emissions
The SAB project has developed two strategies for deforestation-free and low-emissions value chains for oil palm and cocoa in the Ucayali region, which include an action plan designed by representatives of these value chains. Simultaneously, the project developed two integrated strategies to strengthen the competitiveness plans of the cocoa–chocolate and oil palm value chains adopted by the Ucayali Regional Government to be used as public management instruments.
